I'm not an expert but I'm fairly certain those offsets won't work. I think they should be something like +35 front +42 rear. Not entirely sure but yeah.

A few pictures from before grill swap! - getting a gloss black AMG grill installed tomorrow (don't worry, there is no AMG badge on it! ;))

Those BC Racings looking real good, how did you fix the rear camber ? You look nice and low but dont seem to have any negative camber.

Apologies about the dirtiness, but it's -20c right now in and America's Hat and don't want errors.

Just got a Thule box! Used to be on a Golf and it looks tiny in the Merc! But it's 69in long.

I hate this time of year! I can't wait for spring! Dump the box (or replace this free one when the 56 Nord boxes finally release)!

If she survives the winter again, I think I just might have to repay my thanks And upgrade my summer sets from the Niche Misano's...

Well I got this box on Kijiji, which is our Craigslist equivalent. Not too bad of a deal.

That 56 Nord looks baller! But hinge at the front? Looks annoying to use!

Thanks for the offset information, Peachy!

I'm actually maxed out on the negative camber for the stock parts at -2.5. But it it's nothing crazy and I like the look. Got 20x10.5" ET42 wrapped in 275/30/20. The BC is sporty and not too harsh, I have it set at 15/30 on dampening, but I'll probably give it a few more in the back as the tires like to kiss the inside of the fenders on some bumps.

The front opening is actually pretty slick on that box (56 NORD). My other options were the Packasport 60 LP in gloss black, or the Inno Shadow 15 Carbon (they make it in gloss black, it is not carbon fiber, but is lower in profile 9"). Each of those were more realistic in price and could be found used at a pricepoint I could swallow. The Nord Carbon Fiber is ~3k Euro, and the Plastic one is yet to be released/priced as far as I know. That said, it is a work of art and probably will be worth biting off.

My current box was free from a buddy. I just had to buy replacement keys for 9 bucks :D

Nice! I'll keep this for a while, then bite the bullet on a longer Thule. They have good stuff :y

i do appologize if you were offended. your crew name suits you best PRINCESS. now wear your napkins oh so proudly! lol

btw, you may add another star on your grille. that would elevate your status from being a princess to a queen.

before i forget...STAY FRESH princess. bwahahaha

fintail 12-14-2016 10:43 PM

Wow, about a 9 on the tension scale. I'm not in a "crew" though, so maybe I read it wrong ;)

^ nice. I suggest a tripod (if you don't have one already), some longer exposure times (>3 sec), lower ISO (<400), and maybe a wide angle lens (<25mm). Should set you up to be on your way to some nice night shots. I need to get a new lens for mine... I've had the 550 for almost a year now and haven't taken any (good) pictures of it.
