1. This has been discussed extensively in the other thread, so i suggest you go look up the other thread before crapping on this one.
2. You're the one who is questioning what I wrote, so you're the one who is supposed to provide proof to "prove me wrong." I'm surprised to see so many people here don't have the slightest legal sense (or just common sense in general).

No, you need to prove your claims, you made em. Show evidence of AMG-badged non-AMG cars being unloaded at port, or off the transporter at the dealers you visited. Show us, prove it. Ante up. Nobody else can match your experience, it's up to you to show it exists. Someone making a wild claim doesn't absolve them of responsibility. I know it's a hard concept for some to embrace. And I sincerely doubt you have the legal credentials and experience to lecture about "legal sense" lulz. Put up or shut up, stick to spending putting more sweatshop-made junk on your cars. It would be interesting to see where the money comes from, hard to believe that someone with such an immature and combative attitude isn't less than real.

I personally have never seen AMG Badges on a non AMG car come from the factory. The only time I see this occurring is when dealers do it or owners. Dealers buy them in bulk and slap them on the car in order to help with a sale.
