Added these door lights yesterday. Actually did the front last week and the back yesterday. All plug and play and very inexpensive off of Amazon. I also added two chrome license plates, and a dash cam.
I was going to go with two separate designs like yours but I ended up just keeping them the same. I actually ride with 4 passengers a couple of times a week but rarely at night. So the ones in the back will rarely get seen. They do pop at night though. I nice little design feature.
Where did you get your puddle lights from? I'm thinking I might have to get those as well. A friend of mine has a GS350 and he's always bragging about his fancy v-LED puddle lights. I'll have to one-up him with these so he'll shut up about it already hahaha
Also, what's the durability on those? Have you had to replace them due to burning out, or what? I assume LED should be good for life, but sometimes the quality of LED mods are subpar, depending on the source. And do the front/rears have the same part numbers? They don't appear to. And I guess the final question I have is if you have the plug-and-play ones, or the universal ones you drill into the lens for?

^Mines were plug and play no drilling or anything and no sort of error codes. I got mine off of Amazon you will see several options on there. From what I've heard and read they last really long just like the lights that came on doors. Plus you always have the ones you take off to replace in case you have to reorder etc.
I didn't search based on part #, I searched based on model and year of the car and that worked in my case. I hope this helps.

Thanks! That was actually an accident. At first the design i ordered (ebay) was the ones on the rear now. Then i ordered a different logo design for the coupe and i liked it so i ordered another set for the sedans front to replace the other design, i wasnt even thinking about putting the old design at the rear but when i tried it, didnt bother takin it out.
Some here would say its cheesy but its my car and i like it.
I have those lights too, but do find they fade out pretty quickly, had to replace the fronts after a year and my wife's Infiniti is also fading. Cheap enough tho.
Nice! what kind of wheels are those? also just curious your GTI turbo 16v isn't from the original AMS by chance?
Hi, the wheels are HRE 790r 19x8.5 et47 and 19x9.5 et53. I'm running a 10mm spacer in the rear. My GTI is selfbuilt , all parts but turbo, manifold and intercooler are hand fabbed by me and I am running an 034Motorsport stand alone
