360 Forged on the E550
My E550 finally came in last month and finally got the rims put on yesterday. I went with the 19's and I actually think they have a smoother ride than the OEM 18'' pirelli P zero's it came with. I mounted the Michelin Pilot Sports on the 360's. The rims are the new Concave 10's, so nothing like a new car and new style rim.

Thanks!! MB I feel has improved on their wheel design in the last few years. I could of been happy with the OEM wheels cause they are really nice. I sometimes wonder what I was thinking to spend that kind of money to replace an already nice set of rims and tires.

I'm not usually a fan of most aftermarket rims I see, but those look nice. Any plans to part with the OEMs? I was hoping to get the AMG rims that come with the 550, but I couldn't find a sport package equipped 350 with the other options I wanted.

I'm not a fan of most of them either and it was a long and hard decision on those especially when they are a new design with no pics of them on cars. Yes, I actually will be parting with the OEM's.

Thanks for posting the pics! On another note, the new wheels look good, and so far, unique for the 212, however, I dunno if it's just me, but for some reason they appear relatively small for 19's?

Are you sure you live in Oklahoma? They must have imported some trees since I was last there. Seriously, though, looks good man.

I sure will hit you up but I don't really want to seperate the tires and rims and hopefully you are wanting both. Anyone ever ship tires? Yea and those tree's are in my neighborhood, lol.

No adjustments, they fit like a glove and so they should. K-A here's a different angle of the rims in my garage. See if they look different at this angle.

Yeah, it does look different on the last pic actually. They have a pretty muscular look actually.

Yeah, probably the lip, I think 19's are the perfect size for these cars, and am not big on 20's on mid-size Sedans, but yeah, I did notice it in the top pics too. You have the perfect size and an ideal amount of tire IMO, so it's just gotta be the way they come across on pics to me, mixed with the lip design or something.

My plan was always to lower it with the c-tronic, I still might, but at this point i'm not so sure. It looked a lot better overall than I really thought it would without dropping it. These cars settle over night, for some reason they drop about 1/2'' lower than the sport setting. That would be ideal but I'm afraid the c-tronic may lower it more than that and I don't want it much lower than a 1/2''. Also I guarantee lowering it would kill the ride quality, because the difference between sport and comfort is pretty significant and it drops it about 3/4''-1'' from comfort to sport. To continue dropping it has to degrade the ride significantly I would think.
