Any Info on the 2011 W212?
I'm going to order a 2011 E550 soon and wondered if anyone has heard about any specification or price changes for '11. By the way, I did the same thing back in the summer of 2000 when I ordered my '01 E430 and received it in November 2001. In the 10 years since, I haven't been inclined to buy another until I saw the W212 at last fall's Frankfurt auto show. The new design and features are now forcing me to upgrade!

Subscribing because I'm curious for the sake of knowledge.
M-B is known to make small refinements/changes that they usually don't mention, after first Production years. I.e the W204 C-Class got some more sound insulation (much needed), and guages, etc. etc. It usually happens with most models.
I've found a lot of W210 owners who sat out the W211 love the 212, although the 211 was a stylistic evolution of the 210 (to me it just looks like they refined the design), it seems the character of the 212 catches onto what people liked, or didn't like about the 210.
