AMP and Sub install??

I have been looking to get a simple Amp and a sub box installed in my 07 E350.

I have heard everything from its impossible to its easy?

Best buy Said they were sorry, but they dont do mercedes or the new acura's with the Fiber optics?

I went to this place Audio advisors here in WestPalm and they said it was a simple to wire an amp up?

Anyone have any experience with putting in an amp and subs in the trunk?

thanks to any advice.

Taking your Mercedes to best buy for car audio is like taking your car to jiffy lube for oil changes. Stick with mid-high end speciallty car audio stores .

I was explaining that people are saying it is difficult to wire up a extra amp in the trunk in our cars.

I need to find out before I give this place my car. They charge $75 an hour and said it would be 2-3 hours. I just dont want them to come to me and say " wow, we dont know what happened but your radio doesnt work anymore or you need $500 in extra parts"

Don't have them do any work until you get a written estimate. Also make sure they're familiar with Mercedes wiring if not don't risk it.
