Different LED DRL's?
Hello everyone, I am new to the w212 section of this forum. I have a w204 and would like to retrofit the LED "Hockey stick" DRL. But I have a few questions that the search feature was unable to solve:
1) Are there two different hockey stick LED's? Some I see are blue and others are yellowish, I would much prefer the blue.
2) How are these secured to the bumper? My current fogs use 3 T15 Torx screws, but in the pictures of the w212, I can't see any rivets or anything...
3) My last and final question, it appears that the LED DRLs differ between the Sedan and Coupe, with the Coupe's being more elongated. Does anyone know the part numbers for these parts?
Thanks so much for your time and help.

I'm confused where you would have seen blue & yellowish DRL on a W212. LED's are inherantly white vs. hallogen being yellowish. Since the W204 will be receiving LED DRL in 2011 it would be wise to wait & look at that as another allternative. I haven't seen any difference between the coupe & sedan on their DRL.

The Coupe's DRL looks like the mesh and/or the LED itself is wider from left to right.
And when I was talking about the "hockey stick" LED DRL, it apperas that I have seen two different colored ones.
One that matches the Xenon Lights like this:
and another one that matches the halogens like this:
Is it possible to order the one to match the Xenons?

LED DRL same for 212 & 207, one color – left is part #2128200756, right 2128200856 (for comparison shopping, parts.com OEM new $171.35). EPC shows tapping screw 000000001454 (.80) & sheet metal nut 0029943945 (1.26) for attachment.
