Just got 2008 E350 - I cannot align the front headrests - They appear to be in 2 parts (front and back) and separate. You can see inside. I know that they go up and down with seat adjustment but these look like they need to pop back together. They are pushing forward. Manual says they can be manually pushed back - there is no way - this looks mechanical. Help!
