Question OEM Rim Size: W211 vs W212

When I placed my order for a 2011 E350 4Matic (which is being built this week apparently ) I just assumed that my set of 4 snows mounted on OEM W211 rims would fit on the W212. Looking around the web I am now finding conflicting info on the rim offset specs for the W211 vs W212; some sites say the W211 rims will fit, others say they won't. Does anyone have the correct info on the OEM rim offsets for the W212 and W211? Same or different?? (Note that the 4Matic cars do NOT use the staggered setup - same rims all around, which are the same as the fronts with the staggered setup).

Different: W212 offset is 10mm+ more than W211.

OEM W211 wheels will fit on W212 without any issues, however W212 wheels will mostlikely not fit on W211 without spacers.
