If you subscribe to the CR website, they finally enabled writing a review on the 2010 E Class. Click on New Cars and enter info for M-B, E, 2010. When it pops up, click on write a review and then follow prompts.

Unfortunately, you have to subscribe to the website in order to access anything on it. This is in addition to magazine if you subscribe to that.
The actual CR review is the same as in their February 2010 issue. Website is a little more detailed, but neither explains how E class lost 9 points between a couple of years ago and 2010.
One reason 2010 scored lower is because of ride and they tested the Sports model this time. Not sure which they tested last time.
