stores cannot confirm H&R springs because the company doesn't make one specifically for the 4matic model. But the 2WD version will "fit" on the 4WD. Was it designed for the 4matic? No. Will it affect the handling of the car? Probably. But is it noticeable for most of the people who is not car racer or tracking expert? Maybe not.
I think there are many 2010-2013 W212 4matic with the H&R springs already.
If you don't feel comfortable, I think the best bet is VOGTLAND springs. The company US office confirm that their springs are for both 2WD and 4WD model.
