Where have people found it convenient to store their sunglasses and umbrellas?

It would be nice to have a door jamb umbrella holder like the phantom.

 

the phantom as in Royce??? hehe, yeah.......sure it would be nice......
or maybe I'm confused.......

 

I keep two collapsable umbrellas in each of my vehicles and place them in the holders on the backs of the front seats. Easy to reach from front seat. Also, can get a really small one and place it in the storage compartments under each front seat. Not sure if every E class has these though.
I made a box for the console box that holds six CD's and placed a glasses case on the back of it. The type with a clip on it and you slide the glasses in.
To some degree I miss the overhead sunglasses storage of my previous cars, but I also remember how hot the glasses got when the car was parked in the sun.
