curious option packages
Just bought the last 2010 E350 4matic I could find. Sport,with P2 and AMG wheels; $10m off and free maintenance. Looked at a bunch of '10's and 11's, but most didn't have the 2 options that i think most people would want for a cold climate (and hence the 4matic)-a heated stearing wheel and a split rear seat (for skis,etc.) Why is that?

Curious, but the 2011 E-class Operator Manual on Page 112 DOES describe the operation of the heated steering wheel! It must be an option somewhere. Hmmmm.....
Update: It IS a standard feature in Canada only if you have the 4 spoke steering wheel. It's not available for the 3 spoke wheel nor the wood/leather wheel.
