Need help setting up my Palm Pre Bluetooth and my E350 :(

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but they just don't seem to pair up! Any ideas?

Hard to say without knowing what issues / error messages you are getting.

Why don't you call the dealer and have them walk you though it - or stop at the dealer and have them do it for you.

There aren't any error messages, they're just not finding each other.

I can go to the dealership....but that's going to be in another week and I'm getting antsy.

Did you try going here? http://www.mercedes-benz-mobile.com/.../bt.finder.php

There are pairing instructions there but I don't know if they are any different than what you already tried.
