Angry TRUNK ISSUES
Anyone knows what the hell is wrong with my trunk opening everytime I hit the brakes. I own a 2003 E 500.

W211 Section might be more useful? W212 is from 2010-present

Just a wild guess but it sounds like it's not latching when you close it. Maybe check for some obstruction or lube the mechanism?
