NAV: Is there any way to voice search for a POI quickly?

NAV: Is there any way to voice search for a POI quickly?
1)
Is there a quick way to VOICE command search for a specific POI (e.g. Starbucks, or specific restaurant) in the NAV?
Usually if you do the POI search, you have to go: POI --> Restaurant --> Type of restaurant --> Name
Is there not a way to go directly from POI to name?
2)
Same question goes for search address with voice. Do you have to go: Find address --> Default province/state is [Province] --> Enter a [Province] Town Name (select line) --> Enter a [Town] Street Name (select line) --> Would you like to enter a house number? (yes/no) --> 1-2-3 --> Start route guidance (yes/no)?
