Is there a standard rim design on E class?
All of the wheels on offer for the E look like tacky after market designs not something one would expect from MB, traditionally Mercs have always had a standard wheel design for rim and wheel cover available on all models till the 90s, so why is this lacking not just on E but all the new sedans.

These are the standard wheels for the E-Class (N/A in the US).
These are the Elegance wheels. Comes with the Elegance version (N/A in the US).
These are the more sporty Avantgarde wheels. Comes with the Avantgarde version which is lowered and has harder springs (N/A in the US). MBUSA have included them in the Luxury model.
