what is the stock lug bolts spec on our cars?

R14 ball seat, 14x1.5 tread, 28mm "usable" length

is it fine to use extended (40mm) bolts on stock rims?

Only if used with 10mm or 12mm spacers.

If you need any lug bolts let me know, we have a pretty big selection. We have ball seat in chrome and black in both 28mm and 40mm lengths.
