That is one special looking E class ... you did a really nice job on your mods. Very tasteful and really makes the E look even more special.

BTW great pics as well ... I need to stop using my iphone 4 for pics, when I see yours I realize just how amazing a 'real' camera can be.

Think the 18s were the option for the E class.

19s were the option for the S / CLS. Think mine were from a CLS.

You probably ment CL (same offset as S), not CLS.

Ya I guess they could be from a CL instead of a CLS.

Not sure as I bought them used from someone that stated CLS / S.

My OEM taillights were tinted.

Think there are a few methods to tinting the tails.

One is like tinting windows. They get the tint film and place it over the lights.

Mine were tinted with a spray tint. Similar to spray painting something. They buff it out after to give it the glossy look and clean out any imperfections.

Very nice, I like it man! I am thinking of getting rid of my 08' C-Class and jumping up to the E-Class and I think you just sealed my decision. Thanks for sharing!! You also confirmed that no matter the technology, the larger SLR cameras really take nice shots(in addition to a good photographer). I gotta get one. Nice job!

Sorry my car is not 4matic. Heard you shouldn't stagger a 4matic but I usually don't follow most of the rules most of the times anyways.

EmE247, Love the ride. I've got a 2011 E350 with stock halogens. I'm thinking of upgrading to HID 6K's. What kit did you use? Looks like you're in LA. Who did the install. The driver's side headlight looks like a b*tch to access. How much did it all cost you? How does it look compared to OEM Xenons? Do you have a night pic you can share with me? Are you happy with the 6K's?
