New SLR Camera, New Detail, New Mods = New pics
Some may remember my first post with pics of my whip. Was done with one of those mini Canon cameras. Got a new SLR w/ tripod, new full detail w/ clay, sealer, and wax, and a few new mods. Probably the last time I shoot my car...
For the artsy ones...
And more of the same old same old...

Very nice indeed. Fantastic work with the clay process and what a shine. You can even see your reflection kneeling down in the rear bumper shots.
What are those 4 holes on your frot bumper? Former license plate bracket or some new stealth lidar diffuser?

First photo was shot in front of the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. Others were just on top of our parking garage where I work. I probably would have taken more scenic shots if it weren't for the Super Bowl starting a couple hours after the shoot. Priorities!
Thanks for all the kind words to everyone else!

The wheels are AMG 19x8.5 offset 43 front and 19x9.5 offset 43 back. H&R 10 MM spacers for all four with Toyo T1-R 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 back.
They were an option upgrade from the dealer for the earlier MB models.

I'm surprised you're still using them. I remember discussing with you needing them for your formal W211 when you bought those wheels a while back.
I have replicas of same wheels (same size/width/offset).
I use 285/30-19 tire at rear and it fits flush (to my surprise) with fender with 9.5 width and ET43 - perfect with no spacer needed probably due to wider tire. I use 255/35-19 tire at front and it could use 5mm spacer to be fender flush, but since 5mm spacer can not be used I chose a slightly "in" look without spacer over a slightly "out" look with 10mm spacer.
IMO best looking wheels for W212/W207 I've seen so far. That's why have them (replicas) on both.

The option wheels are about $10,000.00 from the dealership when you purchase the wheel upgrade w/ a new car. I paid a fraction of the cost for used ones but still quite a bit more than the price you got above. The wheels you may be looking at may be reps.

EME247 - Fantastic photos! Car is gorgeous. Has your car been dropped/lowered ? or is that the natural stance ? Thx

i know what a pity! Looks like you're in LA, i always tell them to not put the front license plate one. Now they even have a waiver for you to sign so you can't go back to them if you get a ticket.

KTown FTW. The side markers were painted to match the body.
