Backup Camera Installation

We would like to have a backup camera installed in our 2009 E350 4Matic wagon which has GPS but no camera. Are there trade offs between MB units and aftermarket units; and what about price? Anyone had some experience with this installation and if not the MB unit. then which aftermarkets are best?
