2011 e550 4Matic HID Installation - Well worth it!

I recently purchased a 2011 e550 4Matic. Unfortunately, it did not come with the P2 package, although the color and interior combination I could not resist. The only thing I needed from the P2 package were the HID's. So, I found a local shop in Clifton, NJ (Lightwerkz) and had a 55w 6000K HID kit professionally installed. The installers (Jay and Adam) did a superb job installing the HID kit and I couldn't be more pleased with how the install came out. I am very picky when it comes to having a stealthy and clean install. Lightwerkz certainly exceeded my expectations. I paid $410 for the kit and the install, which took about 2.5 hours. Photos are attached. If anyone is interested in perusing a similar option, I provided the contact details for Ceasar (president) at Lightwerks below. Please note that this is a plug-and-play system, with no cutting or splicing of factory wires (no impact to warranty).

I had the same guys do mine. They did a great job, friendly and very professional. It was totally worth the trip up from Philly. Enjoy!

Looks great and thanks for the FYI ! I still cant believe that MBs all dont come standard with HIDs but oh well getting aftermarket HIDs from a reliable source and install is probably the best way to go anyways !!
