Screwdriver, Flashlight, etc ???
Hey all!
Just wondering if Merc includes screwdriver, flashlight, etc with the car. If yes, where are they?
I remember my 2004 BMW 5 series (E60) has them...but I cant find any on my 2011 E class

My dealer had a little gift bag with the flashlight, tire pressure gauge, pen, small screw driver(don't know what I'' use it for) and a nice key chain in a little MB tin. Marketing swag but a nice thought.

I've owned quite a few Mercedes and they have never to my knowledge provided a flashlight. In the past, they provided tool kits that were not as extensive as the older BMW 5-Series but IMHO better quality.
I still own a 20 year old 1991 300E which has a nice tool kit but the later Mercedes haven't had much. The new cars are not something you are going to fix with a pair of pliers or a screwdriver, so why should they bother?

Flashlight
got one from Lexus...keep that one in the Benz now...carry a flashlight everywhere I go...usually my pocket knife too. Keep my Lexus Leatherman or Swiss Army knife in the center console all the time too.
