Innoperative Comand System
My 2010 E 350 had trouble with the nav, sat radio and AM station. Suddenly they dissapear from the system and after many attempts in MB dealer to fix it with new programming was unsuccessful.
Finally after 10 days in MB USA they authorized a new Comand system to replace the existing one. My car has 9,000 miles only.
I am a little disappointed with the tardiness, but overall this was the first time in MB for a fix.
My last car a 2006 Audi A6, in the first year of use went for repairs more than 10 times.
