The rubber pins keep pushing in making it nonoperational. Dealer replaced the rear view mirror it ones, however was told by the MB that they should put the old one back as it is FINE! this is dead in two weeks and dealer has no answer. Wonder if anybody else has similar experience

Nope. Mine is fine. On mine, it would take a pretty fair amount of pressure to push the buttons up inside the housing. Can't imagine that happening twice with two different units. I would stay on the dealer to explain how/why it is happening. What have they told you already?

The original was put back after it was declared fine by the factory; it still does not work!
