Pricing a 2010 e350

What is the going price for a used 2010 E350 white good to excellent condition with less than 10,000 miles? I think the options include:

Sport Package
P01
no light package (regular fog lights)
wood/leather steering wheel

I'm not sure what other options it may have. What is a good price to pay? I know that the Texas presumptive tax is going to charge me 6.25 percent based on a 42,625 sale price (private party sale).

Your input is greatly appreciated.

It just depends on how they're priced in your area. Used prices are always relative to what's being asked out there, and better yet, how much people are paying.

For a base/low Optioned 2010 with under $10K I think you should be able to grab it for low $40's.

That seems high for the car you decribed. You can get a new car optioned like the one you decribed for likely under $50K.

I agreed with K-A, the low 40's seems reasonable.

MBs drop their value like rocks and W212s are no exception. dont pay more than $40k. 1 yr from now it's going to be worth $30k..

The leading factor of their cars values dropping (at least in this post-quality disaster era) is M-B's stupid incentives to move them. They price these cars at $60K, but some people get them for $50K or less. It's unbefitting of a "Premium Automaker", and is disastrous to to the cars resale values. Especially to the poor saps who aren't savvy buyers and pay close to, or at MSRP.
