Hello guys,

I just installed the V3 module, lowering works without any issues. First i was annoyed about one side is lower than the other. After a short drive i measured again and both sides are pretty in same height.

But i have a question about the module. When the vehicle is going down, does the module adjust the headlight position too? I mean, the adjustment should be changeable automatically?

Any ideas?

Thanks and regards from Europe,

Sibi

The unevenness drove me crazy at first. Given the constant adjustment of the air suspension the variations are normal based on how the car is parked.
In terms of the headlights I'm almost sure there's no adjustment there, and I don't think any is necessary.

A friends CLS500 is lowered by another module called Hilo Tec. This module adjusts the headlight position automatically.

I noticed RENNtech is here on board - hope they can solve the mystery.

For my height an headlight adjustment is necassary. I just don't want to distract other drivers.

BUMP.

How's the Airmatic holding up with the Renntech lowering module so far? Should be enough time to determine reliability.

Any premature tire wear issues?

yes, I haven't made any changes to suspension to allow for the proper camber once it's lowered. So I have it set to return to factory height at highway speeds. I can't remember what it was that I need to buy to get proper camber but it can't be done with the factory equipment.

Tire wear will occur with any lowering method you pick , unless you get camber kit for front n rear.
I got it lowered on links , amd the inner side of the tire wears out a bit faster.....unfortunately
