Rock Chips : /
So im pretty frustrated considering the fact that my E isn't my daily driver and that is has only 1000 miles on it. But somehow i have around a 2mm rock chip on the corner of my wheel spoke and on the lower portion of my rear door (right above the side skirt).
The one on the wheel looks like its through the finish and the chip on my door is thru the paint, so i can see a little white speck of primer. They are barely visible but i am very **** and i baby my cars so i'm mad at the fact that i know its there lol.
Is there any type of special touch up paint you guys use? Or do you just go with the MB touch up paint from the dealer?
Also, is there anything i can dab on the wheel chip so that it can avoid future corrosion?

Get the touch up paint from the MB dealer using your VIN and/or paint code.
And then use this:

If you don't have the patience to use the Langka system, then there's always Dr. ColorChip:

And from here on in just think of chips and blemishes as honorable roadworthy battle scars.

don't know the color of your car but if it is non-metalic black, and as long as it is a small chip in the paint, a sharpy works well at hiding the shine of the primer or metal if it is that deep. It is a pi$$er no doubt this is a way to keep it from shining in your eye and screaming "ROCK CHIP" every time you look at it. Good luck
