Belts squeaking

I noticed my belts were sqeaking in the engine bay the other day after washing the car. Even after the car has dried and after driving it around for a few miles. Has any one used belt dressing spray on their belts? Wondering if I should bring it to the dealer.

I've used the dressing as short term bandaid. The belt may be drying out or need adjustment, if it's making the noise all the time/easily replicated bring it in and get it corrected properly.

I have about 13,000 miles on it. It does sound like a bird chirping all the time. Is that covered under warranty?
