Intermittent 'clicking' behind AC controls

I get a 'click' about every 30-45 seconds. It is not a creak or a rattle, more like a click and it happens about every 30-45 seconds. To me it sounds like it is coming from around or behind the AC controls. It seems to do it more frequently the hotter it is. In addition, the AC seems to really only blow 'luke cool'. It blows cool, but not really cold. Anyone have anything similar? Going to take it to dealer but wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Granted it is 98-100 deg F in Houston, but after 45 minutes I would think the AC in the Benz would be freezing you out of the car but it is more like JUST keeping you comfortable (and clicking every 30-45 seconds).

My 2010 did that "click" to, and it annoyed me. I'm not sure if my new '11 does it. I'm in Vegas right now at 100+ days, and the A/C certainly gets cold enough for me to find it even too cold, when I don't even have it set to "LO".
