Just had my Michelin Sport AS 3's put on and wow what a difference compared to my Pirelli Pzero's. A lot quiter and so much more grip in the rain/snow. I highly recommend!

Returned at end of lease my 2012 E350 4W with 31K on my Contis. Enough tread remaining for another 7-10K. Excellent tire.

My 2015 E350 4W also has the Contis. I am a happy camper.

If I had to replace them, I usually go with Michelins. Worth the premium.

I just put continental DWS tires on my 2011 E550, they are way better than the continental stock tires that blew out due to road conditions/weather here in northeast.
In the SF bay area continetal DWS tires will be the perfect choice, just my 2 cents!
