TONIGHT!!!!!!
piano black, which is a nice contrast with the ash and walnut....
and the power........sheesh!!!
Aside from the extra horses, how does the engine, transmission feel compared to the 550?
btw, did you special request the non-sports steering wheel?

comfort starts in 2nd, just like our 550, and sport starts in first; the same...then there's a few more ways to stiffen the suspension even further.....it's great! It is a bit jerkier(transmission) than the 550, but in a good way...it's rougher.....when you want it to be.....it's kind of like they say....."lion in sheeps clothing" kind of thing....it's cool....you can turn heads as you pull away....or you can maintain the grandpa pull out....either way.....
the seats are heaven in comparison to 55o, especially with the dynamic seat business which comes standard on 63, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it.....the side bolstering while making turns is amazing!...one of my favorite things..seats hug your sides while making turns...and of course the seat massage has been put into use a few times too....
It'll be interesting to see how long the seat business works, but I will enjoy it until then....
I didn't get it on the 550 because I figured it's be one of those things that would end up being a drag due to malfunctions.....

the power is staggering for me because I have never driven a car with this much power....I haven't gone above 85mph yet, and have been driving at various rates of speed....break in and all....
I'm really looking forward to the driving acadamy to pick hopefully pick up some skills.....comes 'free' with every 2011 amg purchase.....retails for 1595 or something....
the tires are staggered.....the size I have not memorized yet..
,but they are insane.....I can't wait to get some concaves to put down there......
all the infotainment stuff is the same.....NO COLOR on my display!

kind of annoyed about that......from what I remember around here, it was said all builds past July 1rst would have color? but maybe not......
the door sills didn't happen either.....the dealer called and said "yeah, sorry.....they didn't put those on"......
uh.........

man it would look so sweet with those sills.....at leat the 550 has them!
all in all it's pretty damn exciting and I have not really lost the new-car-euphoria yet.....
I really like the different color scheme inside too....much brighter and more inviting, and the alcantara is sweet too.....I find myself petting it at red lights
I plan on removing the badges soon......after the vanity fades a bit.....you know....I'm sure I forgot to mention something.....lol.....
If it's any consolation, my car came with illuminated sills and I took them out and gave them away. A bit too blingy for me, personally. The performance does all the talking and that's enough.

Did you order the LSD? These cars pretty much need one after all is said and done. I like that you can now order one separately instead of having to get the entire performance package. It kinda means AMG agrees that they should really have one (as standard equipment!)
also, I would really like those door sills, haha.....they're sweet as hell....
I also think taking them out is eaiser than putting some in....
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

it's beautiful out there....
has been brutal on our farming industry....

and I have to admit I love cigerette's

but never in my cars....sometimes in my truck....
Congrats on your new E63. Your car looks great - I really like the Silver on Ash combination with the burl walnut trim!
You have to be the only one in the country who has both an W212 E63 and E550 4matic. Now all you need is the wagon for the trifecta (and a free spot on a Mercedes commercial . . .) But I think I know how you feel. I like my E63 so much that I have been trying to convince my wife to trade our Enclave in for the upcoming E63 wagon . . . but while she loves driving the E63 as much as I do, she just won't do a wagon (or minivan when I tried to convince her on a very rare R63 before the Enclave) - even in E63 form.
I can't wait to hear your perspective once you get through the break-in period.
Kind regards

BTW, and most importantly of all.... Did you grab a sweet looking White W126 as well? You are truly the MAN if you've got that trifecta of M-B Sedan lineage going.
went there to ahve some side markers put on, but one was broken! had to come home with orange side markers, haha......maybe next week when the replacement comes.....
also, had a rock hit my 63's windshield and put a nice crack in it
,so now I have to addresss that..........
gotta pay to play eh?
Windshield crack already, is that a warranty fix?
