Wtf? Auto roll down works but not up. Only on drivers window. Problems already?

2014 E350 Coupe Steel Gray
I had this happen on my C300. Took it in and they fixed it without issue. Something called a switch binding was out of sync.

'14 ML350 GONE-'12 GL450/'10 E550/'10 ML350/'09 C300/'07 ML350/'03 E320
This keeps happening on my wife's ML, something about syncing. I bet it's a bigger problem like a motor.

I had the same issue. Then I pressed the little button below with the window that has the x over it and it worked again. I should really read the manual but try that if you haven't already.
