Exit/entry lighting
This may only apply to models built in '09 with the "old" style light switch. It has an "O" for off on it. If you enable the DRL's and leave switch on "O", the DRL's come on as normal, but the the headlights and taillights come on automatically when it gets dark.
However, even if enabled, the exit/entry lighting, puddle lights, headlights, tailights, fog lights(?), etc. do not come on when you lock or unlock the car.
In order to get all the special lighting to be effective, you have to leave switch in "A" for automatic. Of course, has to be enabled using Settings-Lights initially.
For me leaving in "O" is probably a good feature as I very seldom drive at night, so all the special lighting isn't really useful.
Lights still flash for lock/unlock with Smartkey.
