Vogtlands spring
Been waiting for them to settle before I commented on them. Well it's been about a month and I most say there great. Rides really good and there perfectly even front and back. The h&r where on back order and I'm not a fan of eibach so I went with these. Just figured I'd comment incase anyone where interested in vogtland springs for the w212

Great to hear. What steers me away is perhaps the lack of support and dealers of these springs. Personally, never heard of them.

a spring is a spring. It's hard to screw up springs these days. Sure you can carburize and shot peen but almost every factory does that now... The material being used is pretty much the same, China steel is a bit cheaper but it's also 1/4 the price of german steel. I haven't seen springs fracture yet...

I think there based in Germany so that's a plus. I'm really happy with these.

If you don't want your original sport springs let me know. I would love to drop our luxury to sport level and put some 18's on it!! My wife would probably never know the difference...hehehehe..

I'm holding on to them until warranty is over then they can go wherever. Get it lowered then tell her maybe the struts went bad lol and they only way to fix it is with 2000 bucks

Ha...funny thing is I just had the two front struts replaced under warranty because the front left one was causing a clicking sound that took 8 weeks to isolate!!! I don't think I will be lowering it any time soon, but having a set of stock Sport spring for furture lowering once warranty is out would be nice. Anyone interested PM me please.

No not wheel shop mechanic shop, that's what I do for a living. It's about a 3 hour job and cost around 250 to 300 to do. I did mine in my drive way because I have the tools to do so. The from springs need to be compressed to be removed and vise versa to put the new one on

From 0-10 0 being stock, 10 being rough. I'd say it jump to 3 only because I have 255 35 19. If I had the stock wheels on I'd probably wouldn't notice. But I must say it feels way more nimble handles at least 20% better not as much body roll
