Benz Newbie
Hello all, I just got my first Benz a few days ago, and I'm absolutely in love. Had an 09 Acura TL before this, and an 07 G35x before that, but those cars, much as I loved them, were not even in the same realm. This car is WAYYYY out of control. Love it to death. Of course it already got a nasty ding on the back bumper, two days after I picked it up, but such is life in Brooklyn. Anyway, just wanted to say hello, I'm sure I'll be on here quite a bit now that I got my ride. Looking forward to talking more with everyone =)

PS - Are there really no power folding mirrors on this car?? How is that even possible? Highly annoying.

Good luck and welcome,,Theres other nice cars and you've owned a few,,but theres only one Benz,,Im on my second and because I had great luck and took care of it( did most of the work myself after warranty) I just had to upgrade to a newer one.
Without the title,or extra key or any idea that I was doing anything other than getting an appraisal on my 02,and talking deal with the dealer,,in 3 hours I was driving home in my 10 e350 4matic with the most toys in it possible.Seems when u shop for a car on Halloween,,they got to get their numbers(end of the month) and will be aggresive on making the deal sweet.![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
Happy motoring.

I'm new here as well, and although no power folding mirrors were thought to be an issue, all of the BMWs I've had in the past had issues with them, and they are very costly to replace or repair, I just fold them manually if I need them protected. Welcome!

Thanks for the warm welcome =)
The mirror thing isn't a huge deal, but the block I live on is REALLY narrow, so it would have been nice. Then again, I never park on the street anyway, so whatever. I really just wanted them because I'm a gadget freak, and was looking forward to watching them fold in all on their own lol. I love stuff like that =P
I'm soooooooo enjoying this car. I hate to even get out of it when my commute ends, and I keep looking for reasons to drive places, just so I can drive it lol. Such a great experience, and I honestly don't see myself ever getting another kind of car, unless it's out of complete necessity.
