Just had Brent over to my house to detail our black 2011 E350 and let me tell you, it looks WAY better than the day we bought it. Brent said he would show up at 9am and he literally pulled up at 9am Great first impression. Super nice guy. He worked on the car for literally 4.5 hours straight. Not sure everything he did, but it included inside cleaning (which is now spotless including floor mats) and treating leather and all surfaces, and buffing, polishing, and clay barring the outside (not in that order, but what do I know, treating all the seals, wheel detail and finishing, etc. etc. I am not sure if anything else could really be done to a car. For what he charged, I could not have expected more. In fact I am blown away at how good the car and how much he did to it, both inside and outside look amazing. He mainly posts on Bimmer forum as he has a BMW, but if anybody in or around Houston needs a great guy to make your car look better than new, don't hesitate to send him a note. He will come to your house with everything he needs except a water hose.
Brent's email address is
gilenergy_bc@msn.com. i don't want to post his price, but he has two stages and I only did stage one (I can't imagine what stage two would include) as I don't think the car can look any better. Any fine scratches, water marks, swirl marks on now completely gone and keep in mind, this is a black car that has been driven daily for a year with nothing more than an occasional wash by a place down the street. All I know is that a detail shop would probably charge at least double what he charged and the quality of work could not be as good as his. Rarely am I impressed, but I can say I am thoroughly impressed with what Brent did. Only a matter of time before I have him back to do my white 2007 Tahoe LTZ.
Here is a thread from the bimmer forum on the work he has done:
