How to adjust the front light for trip in Europe

Afternoon, I ve been told that if you have active intelliget front lights you can change the beam for when driving for example from UK to France .
How do I do that ?

Not sure about MBs in the UK, but you will never get full functionality with UK lighting when driving on the continent (and vice versa) but there is a switch (on BMW housings for the Euro or UK markets at least) that alters the cut-off so you won't dazzle oncoming traffic. It will, in effect, give you something close to two driver's side beam patterns.

On BMW, the lever is on the back of the housing. I'm not sure where it is on MB (or if it even has a lever) but it should be in the owner's manual.
