Tires Question

Hi,

Ordered E250 with AMG package, comes with 18 AMG wheels using Front 245 Rear 265 tires. Worry the pick up will be adversely affected. Plan to downgrade to front 225 rear 245.

Any input about the ride quality as afraid narrow tires will have less cushion support and result in bumpy ride quality.

Appreciate any input

2012 E350 4Matic Sport Wagon
Trust the Mercedes engineer that developed that wheel package for your car. Stick with the stock size. You can't order the 18-inch wheel setup with 245 all around? The 18-inch setup on an E350 4Matic wagon in the USA uses a 245/40-18 all around. Nice for tire rotation and extending life of the rear tires.

E250
AMG package comes with staggered setup. Front 18x 8.5 ET48, Rear 18x9 ET54. That's why i am considering 225/245 instead of 245 all around.
