Looking for instructions for taking the rear bumper off

As a follow up to my previous post about my rear bumper ordeal, could someone please share instructions on how to take rear bumper off the W212? I am hoping to resolve the issue with the dealer but am also preparing for the worst (i.e. where I would have to repair the car on my own).
