W212 upgrades?

W212 upgrades?
Hi all,
Kinda new to this forum..anyway I'm driving the E200 version of the W212..I have the standard specs for my car and planning to go for a slight upgrade..
I tried contacting my local MB Distri, they told me if I wanna replace my fog lamp to the "L-shaped" LED, i have to replace my entire bumper?
Lastly, how much does the Wald. Black Bison for e-class cost

The minor upgrades I have in mind is just the fog lamp, Chrome Trimming and Headlights.
I got the 4 piece light (2DRL and 2fog light) was wondering if it's replaceable to the HS's LED without replacing whole bumper..my local MB said i have to replace the whole thing
For the headlight, I did ask my local MB as well, they say I can't replace my headlight with the xenon version
