i was very close to purchase something from them a little while back. good thing i didn't .
exactly! i could be wrong but i think he's just one of those guys keeps creating different accounts and putting great reviews on yelp to boost his/her business. that also made me think do the admins/moderators in this forum monitor any abnormal activities? the bmw forum i joined years before is very good at this kind of stuff.
Just out of curiosity took a look at JBSPEED's threads. There is not a single post from a customer...pro or con. That really strikes me as strange. Post sfter post of "Thank you for your order!" hummmm.... Makes you wonder since no names are mentioned. I think Enzo it might be time for you to post a review on their hood ornament thread.

This guy sells stuff on the M3 forum as well. Lots of feedback on there. Seems like to me there is a lot more traffic on those other forums. Not as many people that own Benz's are on the forums.
I agree though, this guy sells the same exact stuff you can find on eBay for 1/4 the price. You get what you pay for. This non oem stuff never lasts but might look nice for a little bit.

Sounds like JBs customer service sucks... But his products are great for the price. And they usually just fit. Sounds like Enzo got a bad piece. Maybe the factory screwed up the order or whatever.
I got the hood ornament, trunk spoiler, and foot pedals and never had a problem. Also had his spoiler on my W211.

Only criticising their customer service. You are correct. I haven't purchased any of their products so have no idea of their quality. I find it unusual though that I could not find an address anywhere for JBSPEED. It appears that they are an importer only, probably parts from China or Taiwan.

Ya from memory he's definitely a foreigner with english hopefully being his 2nd language. His parts are definitely from Taiwan or some part of China.
I know that when u run a biz selling stuff, there is always a chance of shipping out a defective item. Especially when u are paying dirt cheap for some knock off piece, its sometimes expected.
Of course it is important to have great customer service to back up your defective moments...
But everyone runs their biz their way... I in no way condone JBs service.

i hate to sound negative, but I'm really glad you had this issue too, and talked about it on here. I was losing my mind trying to figure out what to do. I also had to cut my bolt down to make it fit on my c300. End product turned out great! Thanks!
