Renntech v3 lowering module
Does anyone have the renntech V3 lowering module on their car? If so,thoughts about it, does it work good?

Rob, I've been researching options to lower my W212 E550, and am aiming for the Renntech Lowering Module V3. That being said, I haven't purchased/installed it yet, but it's something I'm planning on doing in the next couple months or so. It looks like the way to go if you want to lower our cars in a controlled and quality manner. I'll let you know when I get it done.

Great, thanks for responding. It looks like a nice safe way to go, better than links in my opinion. I have a new set of wheels and tires coming next week and plan to get the module the following week, so whoever gets it first can repost back with an update. Thanks again.

I agree. I was thinking about the links at first, but upon further consideration, did not like how it "fools" the Airmatic into thinking that it's higher then it is. It's worth it to spend a little more and get the right tool for the job. The W212 E550 is a quality, high-end ride and should be treated as such. Renntech V3 is the way to go. Can't wait to see your ride with the new wheels.

Agreed, and what price did you see for the module? I seen it priced for $1395.00...... and yeah, I hope my car turns out ok, little nervous going with 20's.

Yes, I did get it. Sorry for not following up on the update and thoughts. I am very happy with the module, its nice to just hook my computer to my car and lower it, and keep lowering and fooling with it to get it just right. The speed setting is cool also, I have it set for 65mph for proper camber/castor on the highway to reduce tire wear. Definitely recommend it.
