Add dual exhaust to Avantgarde?

Add dual exhaust to Avantgarde?
How difficult is it to add a dual exhaust to the back of a avantgarde model(one on the right, and one on the left), that only comes with one?
Doesn't have to be functional! simply for cosmetic reasons
Also, any major differences in the 2011 and 2012 W212?

2011 vs 2012 differences :
Non AMG versions came with round exhausts for 2011 .For gasoline engines , from E250 CGI you can get dual exhaust as standard
E200 CDI , E220 CDI came with single exhaust , E250 CDI and E350 CDI you can get dual exhaust pipes
2012 model
If you get Avantgarde your car will be available rectangular exhaust pipes , Elegance , your exhaust pipes are round .
Again minimum you need E250 CGI to get dual exhausts .Avantgarde rectangular, Elegance round exhaust pipes

Most members here are in North America where dual exhaust is standard!
For the Avantgarde with square tips, the tips are actually connected to the diffuser (not to the exhaust), thus you could fake it rather easily. But you'd need a new bumper + diffuser + tips.

WOuld they need to Weld the tips onto the car? Dont want them flying off!
Costly modification?
