2013 E350 4M Wagon & 2013 C350 4M Sedan
New wagon + 204

2 Fridays ago, my wife picked up her 2012 c250 4matic which I thought was a 4 cyl but ended up being a 6. And to replace my white 2012 wagon is this updated 2012 black wagon. For some reason it came with no premium package (h&k sound, rear blinds, keyless go) but everyhing else. It also has the new steering wheels that my other 2012 didn't have and 4 piston brake calipers which is very nice.

Huh? C250 w/ a V6? I'm confused...for sure 250 was a 4 and 300/350 was a 6...? I'm confused Nice photos BTW! Why did you swap wagons, if you don't mind me asking?

I know. Even the mb Canada site said it was a 4cyl, but after digging deeper I found out that the 4 magic sedan is still the garbage v6 and the rwd sedan and the coupe have the new 4 cyl. I only have these cars for 14000kms and then switch. A deal through MBcanada, which is where the wife works.

Mercedes hasn't gotten a chance to retrofit 4matic system on the new 1.8 liter turbo engine, which works out better for u I guess, because 1.8 liter turbo would lose one of the tail pipes in the rear... v6 would have a smoother ride and better torque too.

Nice. Are those the new front caliper covers on all 2012's? On the 2010/2011's we have a black plaque on top of the "cement color" caliper that has the M-B logo.

My last wagon was also a 2012 and it had the 2011 style brakes. Must be a mid year change.

Here are the wheels I chose for the wagon:
Braelin BR03 in 19x8.5+35 and 19x10 +40

that's after 70 kms of ownership. It's hard keeping it clean in the country.

Nice cars , black is hards to keep clean unless you have too much time on your hands lol
Interior is lovely , what makes me grab my interest is you have different grains for each side of the bottom center console .I refer to the slim trim pieces either side of your cup holder and cigar lighter

You are right
I hadn't noticed, but now that you point it out, the grain seems much tighter on the sides. Gives a tiger look. I like it.

So why mod these cars if you're keeping them for less than a year (almost as if they're demos)? Is this part of your wife's M-B deal? Is there equity in it for you for fronting the $$$ to upgrade the appearance? Just curious...

I know it seems weird but the black on the grills and trim is plasti-dip which peels right off and actually keeps the grill and trim from getting chips. I work for the largest alloy wheel manufacturer in Canada so wheels dont really cost me much. And from my 2011 Cabrio, to the 2 last wagons, they all have the same tire sizes and wheels fitments.

I think offset +40 in the rear might have the 275 sticks out to much...I test fitted them last weekend on my 4Matic.

It fits perfectly. And In front I had to put an 8mm spacer so the final offset is now +27 in front on a 19x8.5
