Annoying rattle fixed.
For anyone who may be having faint but annoying pastic tapping kind of noise coming from c-pillar, this might be interest to you.
Ever since I picked up a cpo 2010 e550, it had this plastic tapping noise coming from rear whenever it sat in the sun for a while. I bought a very good quality felt tape and taped suspected areas with no result. I even tried pulling c-pillar panel a few times but did not have the heart to pull it competely out until today. When I pulled it out all the way (disconnecting it from rear sunshade in the process), it was obvious that white plastic screw that connected the panel to the body was loose. With a little bit of crazy glue, the cabin is finally dead silent for the first time and I am in love with the car all over again.

Congrats. Even the tiniest rattle will destroy the experience in a car. I've had some in this car that come and go, fortunately usually "go" for now, and when I hear them, as much as I love the car, it makes me want to drive it to the nearest Dealer and trade it in.
