I'm considering the ReNNtech ECU programming for my 2012 E550 4MATIC, but am on the fence due to the significant bump in power (402/443 to 530 HP @ 4900 RPM; 606 LB-FT @ 4100 RPM).

Has anyone done the programming? Is the drive-line holding up??

 

I'm considering the tune for my 2012 ML 550 also, I think you can have it done at an AMG performance center and it will be covered under warranty. Have you gotten any quotes on pricing?

 

The performance center can and will do some very minor tuning, but it won't give us as significant of a boost in power as the ReNNtech programming will. I've had good experience with them as they did my ECU on my w210 E55. I'm just conserned if the driveline can handle such a significant increase in power.
