1st road trip
Just finished 880 mile round trip to panama city....great car!
Best feature is cruise control with 5 MPH increments. Great for changing speed limits. Also loved back massage, navigation and blind spot assist.
I think this is going to be a keeper.

I just finshed my second one.Don't have the seat massage...wish I did,but Distronic is really great.On my final stretch,Detroit-->through Canada-->to Buffalo and then onto I-90,cruise set at 71 (with numerous slowdowns due to construction) I got just under 38mpg over 700+ miles.The E Class diesel is one refined (and economical) beast.

I've always said it, but any "rare" car will get people commenting on it when you drive it (no matter how ugly or nice). But, if you have a fairly volume model, and you still get comments on it, even years upon years after its release (as the years come), THAT'S a testament to a dynamic, very well executed, timeless design.
