Angry 2011 E350 4matic Need Another Set Of Rotors

After only 30,000 miles I need a second set of front rotors!. The first set was replaced at 11,990 miles under warranty but this set will be on me.
I have never replaced any rotors on any of my BMW 3 or 5 series, Volvo's, or Porsche's. After only 12,000 miles and now 18,000 miles this is ridiculous.
Anyone have a similar experience? What would you recommend for a replacement other than OEM?
Thanks.

Are they replacing them at no cost under the two year "wear and tear" warranty?

Only MBs - the best or nothing
In the US, its one year or 12K miles.

Junk brakes on 2010-11 cars. They should replace with the new 2012 settup under warranty, due to being a safety issue....

+1

Mine (all 4) replaced for failing runout test at 9,000 miles. At 23,000 miles (14,000 miles on these rotors) they are OK . . . but I am waiting for what seems to be the inevitable second failure based on reports here.

Crossed drilled rotors cannot be machined and must be replaced when doing brakes. They are not very expensive and after a brake job work like a new one, I'm told. I have never done a brake job on a car however. I have never driven far enough or had a car long enough to do brakes.
