Takeoff looked fast to me, fast enough that the copter has a hard time keeping up, and especially braking so fast that the copter and cameraman couldn't keep it in frame.
The 350 moves plenty fast when you get it in the powerband. In a situation where you're running from the police cruisers and stuck in traffic, weaving in and out, you're not gonna visualize much difference between 268 HP or 382 HP.... both will get the job done, and neither can outrun a Helicopter and radio's.
